Ray Andrade, General Manager
Hello, my name is Ray Andrade and my title is General Manager of 24HRS. I am probably best referred to as the "go to guy" by our staff. My background and experiences range from the U.S. Coast Guard to the Baja 500. I have been a member of the Johnston team since 1990, and continue to enjoy the work environment and challenges presented everyday. Terry Martinelli, Warehouse Office Manager
I am the warehouse and office manager for 24HR Recreational Storage in Roseville, California. I have been with the business since it started in 2004. I am responsible for making sure the office and warehouse run smoothly. I helped to develop the software that we use to locate customer accounts and property, and the customer contract system. I process the monthly invoices, payments, and payroll, as well as enter new accounts in the billing system. I supervise the warehouse staff in the moving and prepping of customer equipment and the parking. My favorite part is talking to all of our customers.  We have the best, and it ís nice to hear about their travels...

 


Mike Yates, West Sacramento Manager
As one of the original employees of 24HR Recreational Storage and 23 years of customer service experience, it is a privilege to manage our West Sacramento location. We pride ourselves on the lost art of customer service. Besides daily operations, we love to hear about everyones RV experiences, as it is an ever evolving industry. I myself live on a houseboat and have solid knowledge of maintenance and sometimes challenges of RVs. For me it's a lifestyle. Our customers who trust us with their RVs are a wonderful mix of every background and circumstances possible. It is our goal to make your RV adventures as fun as possible.
