How did it all start?

In 2003, 24 H.R.S. came to life as a Premium Concierge Storage Company in Rocklin Ca. Originally owned By Cary Johnston and his father Jim Johnston they created a customer service based storage facility. The company is now owned by Cary and his wife Rebecca Johnston.

Our business is supported by an outstanding crew that understands Customer Service is our lifeline and our daily goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations. So give us a call and set up a time to come look our facility over and meet some of the staff, we look forward to hearing from you.

Why R.V. Boat and Auto Storage?

Home communities were being built with more community restrictions on storage of recreational vehicles in or around the home as well as the home builders were shrinking the size of the lots they were building the new homes on.

Del Webb communities were growing in popularity and owners of these homes were buying R.V.s. Storage lots for these customers consisted of outdoor gravel yards with little to no security.

Small unusable areas of mini storage yards offered outdoor paved parking and at best some covered paved parking. Armed with this information we wanted to start an optional, concierge style, secure storage company.
